Terms of Use

The service

The RSVP House lets you design a digital invitation from our templates, publish it at a link, share that link yourself (for example on WhatsApp), and collect RSVPs. We don't send messages to your guests for you.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.

Your content and your guests

• You're responsible for what you put on your invitation and for the guest information you add. Make sure you're allowed to share it and that it's accurate.
• You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to store and display it so we can run your invitation.
• Invitation links and personal guest links work for anyone who has them. Share them only with the people you mean to invite.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading or fraudulent, for spam, or to upload content you don't have rights to. Don't try to break, overload or get around the service's security. We may pause or remove invitations or accounts that break these rules.

Free and Premium designs

• Free designs can be published at no cost.
• Premium designs need a one-off payment for each invitation before that invitation can be published. Premium applies to that one invitation only and isn't a subscription.
• Prices are shown before you pay. Payment terms are in our Refund & Payment Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable or change. Invitations stay live until their end date, until you deactivate them, or until we pause them under these terms. We may update templates and features. Invitations you've already created keep the design version they were made with.

Responsibility

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses or for losses caused by content you or others provide. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer or other laws that can't legally be excluded.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Notice). We may end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
